  I have had several storage's over the past 3 years and finally made the wise decision of moving into this Extra Space Storage. Let me just say, Public Storage is a nightmare compared to the clean, polite, secure, and accessible Extra Space storage facility. Now if we are being honest storage is not the highlight of my day usually by any means. I hate paying someone else to give me visiting hours to my belongings. My grandma would have said it was a fool's parade! Well prior to Extra Space she'd have been totally right. I used to have to sweep out my other units because the  dirt and debris was blown under my door. Not at Extra Space. I used to have to dodge the black widows that seem to enjoy the baron scenery while nesting at the ends of both bottoms of my not so easily lifted door. Not at Extra Space. I used to have my rent raised 2-3 times a year. Not at Extra Space. Nope. No longer harassed when I  was having trouble finding something because I was "Taking too long" (1.5 hours...) or begging for them to let me change the light bulb because their maintenance man was "on vacation" for 8+ months or walking into the restroom only to turn around so quickly the door was still open. Or being asked by the management to buy supplies because they needed the sales..... or killing and removing wasps nests made of mud. This is not done overnight, unfortunately, I paid for weeks while the unit was unusable by my terms. Meanwhile another unit became available only two doors down looking brand new in comparison! So change my transfer? Ya right! I ended up paying for 3 units that month! Public Storage literally got me coming and going. I had the unit I was storing things currently in, the nested infested unit, and then the pristine looking one all at the same time with my things only occupying one unit except for moving day of course!!  Extra Space assisted me in transferring units and I could not believe how easy it was. When I say Extra Space I should go ahead and clarify, I mean the on-site manager Leo. There was even an issue with the door that my husband hadn't noticed and it was promptly taken care of immediately after being brought to his attention without gripe, or raising rent, or blowing debris under my door! Lol! So as you can tell I haven't had the best of luck with Public Storage and some people may say that anyone would look good following that act! Well I just want to make it clear that I am not a new customer of Extra Space, I am finally no longer a storage customer anywhere thanks to Extra Space's, flexibility regarding transferring between units. I was finally able to get it all organized enough to take true inventory allowing me to see what I was storing and really using which after three years I was surprised how few of my things I still valued enough to pay it's rent! So this review is not coming from someone who is hoping for the best but instead an account of a seasoned pro of what I consider to be the best. The refined storage experience still at competitive pricing and I noticed most of the time cheaper than Public Storage!  Did I mention longer access hours as well? Thanks for the experience Extra Space.  Keep up the good work!  Special thanks to Leo, the on-site manager for calming my fears and helping me with my unique storage needs to say the least. Thanks.

  Sean really went above and beyond and helped us with our decision on renting a unit. He took the time to check other locations, showed us different size units, helped us with a pricing strategy- all when we walked in at closing time! He stayed late and never rushed us! Because of his service and amazing attitude, we will be using Extra Space Storage!
