  extra space storage is a clean convenient location with good hours.
  When i first rented my 5x 10 unit there was a promotion and my first month was only 50.00 with no additional move in fees great right? second month was only 62.00 awesome. flash forward to one year later same unit now costs 150.00 a month. The price just keeps rising. When i asked why they said, and i quote "when were are rented full we can charge more due to demand" I moved my stuff yesterday to bolsa chica storage which has closer freeway access better security more secure roll up doors. onsite host. and my 5x8 unit only cost 67.00 with a guarantee to not increase price more than 5.00 per year
